It can be scary to reach out to someone, even if it’s just on this contact page. Especially about mental health. But from one warrior to another, know that this is a safe space.

Here you can reach out to me, Faith. The creator of this blog, My Mental Steps.

I want everyone who visits to feel like they have at least one person they can talk to. To feel like at least one person is listening. Someone who understands how living with the ups and downs of mental health can be challenging.

I would love to hear your perspective. Feel free to share your thoughts, personal experiences with mental wellness and mental health, things that have helped, what kind of posts you would like discussed, or anything else mental health related.

You can also explore the blog and let me know if there’s anything I could improve on or change.
