What is My Mental Steps?
My Mental Steps is a self-help and development blog to encourage mental wellness. I created this space to help improve people’s overall mental health and mindset, help them truly start to value themselves, and become more resilient to life’s inevitable ups and downs.

My Expertise
I may not have any formal qualifications in the field of self-improvement and mental wellness, but what I do have is first-hand experience. I’ve lived all I discuss.
I’m still learning and growing, continuing to overcome old and new challenges. But I want to share all I discover along the way.
Why did I start this blog?
I started this blog following my last mental health crisis. As a type of self-therapy. But the more my mind opened, the more I wanted others to benefit too. If I can help anyone heal, in any way, I want to.
This is all whilst I work full time to complete my training to become a registered veterinary nurse!
